Shopping List helps you plan and coordinate shopping instead of building ad-hoc lists at the last minute. Lists are itemized with quantities and optional notes, and you attach them to a Calendar Slot for your planned shopping time. You can collaborate with contacts or groups so others can add items before you shop. Goals turns objectives into tasks you can schedule and track. You create Goals with one or more tasks and choose a type: To Do, Routines, Habit Building, or Projects. Routines and Habit Building automatically generate repeating calendar slots, and Projects require every task to have an integrated calendar slot. Asset Props is the form that lets you view and manage the assets you create in Oddapy. Each asset has different types of information depending on the module it belongs to. Asset Props brings all of that into one place. You can view and update basic details, module-specific fields, attached files, tags, and shares. Everything is organized into sections so it’s easy to find what you need. You can open Asset Props by tapping on an asset in the Content Area.Read more here

Sharing is permissioned and explicit. When you share with a contact, the recipient becomes an "Owner by Share" with granular permissions (edit, delete, share, and download). If you share via URL, access is view-only for Oddapy users (no edit/delete/share/download), and recipients can still favorite, tag, and add the asset to their calendar; files can also be shared via URL for download-only access by anyone.

Oddapy has six core modules: Goals, Notes, Shopping List, Albums, Bookmarks, and Documents. Each module creates "assets" that you can organize with tags (and folders where applicable), share with contacts or groups, and attach to Calendar Slots. This gives you one system for tasks, information, media, and files.

If you have "Download" permission on an asset shared to you, you can download its attached files. Oddapy uses temporary, time-limited pre-signed URLs for file access, which means downloads are granted through expiring links rather than permanent URLs. You can also share a file via URL for download-only access by anyone, including non"‘Oddapy users.
